“What think ye of Christ?”
This often repeated question from the late D.L. Moody sums up the whole of the Christian. What we “think” about Christ determines life or death, glorification or condemnation. What we think about Christ determines the way that we live the Christian life. The Epistle to the Hebrews wants to set the record straight on Christ: He is Sumpreme, He is Glorious, He is God Almighty.
Head over to the Bible Studies page to listen to the six-part series. Each message will be posted by the following Sunday.
Our first session of StartingPoint has come to an end. The six-week seminar enabled our new members (essentially all of us!) to learn more about The Point. We had great attendance each week. In the event that you missed a session or two, we have posted all of the audio on the StartingPoint page. We’re working on adding notes in the very near future.
If you’re not able to download or listen to the audio, we have produced MP3 CDs of the entire seminar. Copies are available to pick up at The Point.
We’ve installed a new flash audio player to allow people to stream audio directly from the site. As of right now, we’ve enabled it to be used on the Sermons page, as well as the StartingPoint page. There are also other ways to listen to audio on the site:

StartingPoint Session #3: “On Solid Ground: The Importance of Sound Doctrine”
StartingPoint is an overview of the doctrine of the church in the New Testament, The Point Community distinctives, and opportunities for service. It will be offered regularly. It is crucial that new members understand our vision and values as well as our statement of beliefs and doctrine so that as a member of The Point, they can support and encourage the church and it’s purpose.
